Fruitier and more flocculant than 1056, slightly nutty, soft, clean, slightly tart finish.
Notes
If you like Cascade hops you will LOVE this one. Mash in at 130 for 20 minutes, then raise to 152 for 90 minutes. Adjust PH as needed for IPA. Even though the IBU's are rated at 50, the malt comes thru in an incredible balance. This is my mainstay beer, always in a keg ready to go.
