An alright beer not my style i guess I designed the recipe out of left overs from 3 previous brews. Its not bad for winging it.

Ingredients (All Grain3 gal)

  • 1.07 lbs Munich Malt; International Malting

    Munich Malt; International Malting

    Traditional European style.

  • 2.68 lbs Standard 6-Row; Rahr

    Standard 6-Row; Rahr

    Mild grain malty flavor. Characteristics & Applications: • Base malt for all beer styles • More husk than 2-Row Brewers Malt making it well suited for high adjunct brewing. • Produced from AMBA/BMBRI recommended 6-Row Malting Barley varieties.

  • 0.05 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 0.05 lbs Special Roast Malt; Briess

    Special Roast Malt; Briess

    Toasty, biscuity, sour, tangy flavors. Characteristics & Applications: • Excellent for Nut Brown Ales, Porter and other dark beer styles. • Special processing develops unique Toasty, Biscuity, Sour, Tangy flavors distinctive to Special Roast Malt . • Produced from AMBA/BMBRI recommended 6-Row Malting Barley varieties.

  • 1.26 lbs Rice Syrup

    Rice Syrup

    Used like other rice adjuncts in American and Japenes lagers to provide a dry, clean taste and light body. Adds gravity without changing body or flavor substantially. Use in place of corn sugar in small quantities.

  • 0.2 oz Amarillo® - 8.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Amarillo®

    Grown in Washington. A newer multi-use hop with a nice citrus-flower bouquet and medium-high acid content suited for bittering. Used in American Ales and IPAs.

  • 0.30 oz Willamette - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    This hop is used for finishing and dry hopping American and British style ales. Aroma is mild and pleasant ans slightly spicy

    White Labs WLP840 American Lager
