  • 8.5 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 1.5 lbs Dextrine Malt

    Dextrine Malt

    In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

  • 1.5 oz Hersbrucker - 2.5 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Hersbrucker

    Drier, spicier than Hallertauer. Most important aroma variety in Germany.

  • 1.5 oz Hersbrucker - 2.5 AA% whole; boiled 40 min

Nice and clean beer - very light.

Good beer. Crystal clear. Even thoug I used the California Lager it was brewed at lager temps. Hops are way under done. More appropriate for an american pils. Need more hops.
