American Pale Ale • Partial Mash • 4 gal

Slatetank

I would actually change the bittering to Simcoe 1/4 oz @45 3/4 ounce @ 25 and Citra 1/2 oz at 15 min, 10 min, and 5 and 1/2 oz at flameout and dry hop. The malt would be adjusted w/ more pale base and caravienne to bring the o.g. to 1.057 if I had Pro.
