  • .5 lbs English Amber Malt

    Roasted malt used in British milds, old ales, brown ales, nut brown ales.

  • .5 lbs Belgian Caramunich

    Belgian Caramunich

    Caramel, full flavor, copper color. For Belgian ales, German smoked and bocks.

  • .5 lbs Belgian Caravienne

    Belgian Caravienne

    Belgian light crystal malt. Used in lighter Abbey or Trappist style ales.

  • .25 lbs Rye Malt

    Rye Malt

    Often used in German Ales and specialty beers

  • .25 lbs Crystal Malt 90°L

    Crystal Malt 90°L

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • 1 lbs Dry Extra Light Extract

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • 3.3 lbs Pale Liquid; Alexanders

This guy did not seem very happy when bottled, but all that has changed in the past month. Quite a fine, mellowed, balanced German Alt!!!

Deliciously balanced Alt gets better...

This Dusseldorf far surpasses my first Alt attempts (See Joey Ramone's Blitzkreig Hops" Dusseldorf from 2007). It is just getting better and better.
