Ingredients (All Grain6 gal)

  • 12.97 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 0.40 lbs Dextrine Malt

    Dextrine Malt

    In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

  • 0.80 lbs American Caramel 40°L

    American Caramel 40°L

    Provides color, a unique flavor, body, and contributes to foam retention and beer stability.

  • 1.57 lbs Corn Sugar

    Corn Sugar

    Use in priming beer or in extract recipes where flaked maize would be used in a mash.

  • 0.9 oz Chinook - 13.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Chinook

    Spicy, Medium to Heavy.Very strong bittering ability used in all American ales and lagers. Aroma is very floral.

  • 0.30 oz Centennial - 10.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Centennial

    Aromatic but acceptable for bittering. Medium aroma with floral and citrus tones. Good in medium to dark ales.

  • 0.30 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

It looks like a recipe that I already brewed named classic ipa in the library. It was really great! The 3 hops works really well together.
