Ingredients (All Grain5.5 gal)

  • 8 lbs Golden Promise Pale

    Golden Promise Pale

    An especially sweet and clean variety of barley which results in full and malty sweet beer. It has superb hush integrity and delivers fast and consistent mash tun drainage. This malt variety is perfect for brewing up a clear, bright pint.

  • 1 lbs American Caramel 60°L

    American Caramel 60°L

    Mild caramel,nutty flavor, sweet. adds color

  • 1 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Fuggle

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

  • .5 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

The is the second iteration of my Scotch Ale. Very popular with friends and family. Can't seem to make enough.
