Ingredients (All Grain10.5 gal)

  • 24 lbs Budvar Under-Modified Pale

    Budvar Under-Modified Pale

    Requires multiple temperature mash. The same malt used by the "original Budweiser" brewery, Budweiser Budvar.

  • 3 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 1.5 oz Perle - 7.1 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Used mainly for its minty bittering and good green hop aromas in all non-pilsener lagersand wheats. Aroma is pleasant and slightly spicy

  • 2 oz Perle - 7.1 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

used weyerman bohemain pils with an infusion mash schedule. 122 - 140 - 158. carapils is from best malz.
