Ingredients (All Grain10 gal)

  • 11 lbs Golden Promise Pale

    Golden Promise Pale

    An especially sweet and clean variety of barley which results in full and malty sweet beer. It has superb hush integrity and delivers fast and consistent mash tun drainage. This malt variety is perfect for brewing up a clear, bright pint.

  • 2 lbs Belgian Caravienne

    Belgian Caravienne

    Belgian light crystal malt. Used in lighter Abbey or Trappist style ales.

  • 3 lbs Torrified Wheat

    Torrified Wheat

    Helps head retention and mouthfeel, used in some pale ales.

  • 1 oz Nugget - 12.5 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Nugget

    This is very bitter and often used in medium to dark ales and lagers. Aroma is quite heavy and herbal.

  • .5 oz East Kent Goldings - 4.2 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    East Kent Goldings

    Mild, slightly flowery.
