This is a derivative of a kid from a local brew shop. I don't recall offhand just what's been changed. Don't let it fool you -- it can develop an awful high alcohol content with all that honey.

Ingredients (Extract5 gal)

  • .5 lbs Dextrine Malt

    Dextrine Malt

    In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

  • 3.3 lbs Liquid Light Extract
