  • 24.22 lbs Golden Promise Pale

    Golden Promise Pale

    An especially sweet and clean variety of barley which results in full and malty sweet beer. It has superb hush integrity and delivers fast and consistent mash tun drainage. This malt variety is perfect for brewing up a clear, bright pint.

  • 0.75 lbs Dextrine Malt

    Dextrine Malt

    In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

  • 2.01 lbs American Victory

    American Victory

    Provides a deep golden to brown color. Use in nut brown ales, IPAs and Scottish ales.

  • 0.83 lbs American Caramel 10°L

    American Caramel 10°L

    This malt is light in color with a sweet caramel flavor. It is a great malt for light lagers and ales.

  • 1.5 oz Warrior® - 15.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Warrior®

    New hop with much potential. Very stable.

  • 1.00 oz Northern Brewer - 8.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Northern Brewer

    Used for bittering with strong flavors and very fragrant in steam beers, dark English ales, and German lagers. Aroma is medium-strong with evergreen and mint overtones.

  • 1.00 oz Amarillo® - 8.2 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Amarillo®

    Grown in Washington. A newer multi-use hop with a nice citrus-flower bouquet and medium-high acid content suited for bittering. Used in American Ales and IPAs.

  • 2.2 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% whole; added dry to secondary fermenter

This turned out to be a clone of Odells 90 Shillings. Very good color and body.
