  • 9.0 lbs Liquid Light Extract

    Liquid Light Extract

    A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1.0 oz Centennial - 10.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Centennial

    Aromatic but acceptable for bittering. Medium aroma with floral and citrus tones. Good in medium to dark ales.

  • .75 oz Sterling - 7.5 AA% whole; boiled 30 min

    Sterling

    Perceived to be similar to a Saaz and Mt. Hood combination. Finding favor as a Saaz replacement.

  • .5 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% whole; boiled 5 min

    Cascade

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • Wyeast 1098 British Ale™

    Wyeast 1098 British Ale™

    From Whitbread. Ferments dry and crisp, slightly tart, fruity and well-balanced. Ferments well down to 65F.
