    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 8 lbs Golden Promise Pale

    Golden Promise Pale

    An especially sweet and clean variety of barley which results in full and malty sweet beer. It has superb hush integrity and delivers fast and consistent mash tun drainage. This malt variety is perfect for brewing up a clear, bright pint.

  • 4 lbs Candi Sugar Clear

    Candi Sugar Clear

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

  • 1 oz East Kent Goldings - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 5 min

Delicious dirty blonde ale.

It came out slightly sweet with medium mouthfeel. The color was a little darker than expected. Overall I was quite satisfied as was anyone that I let try a sample. The alcohol came in at 6.5% v/v and it was nicely balanced.
