Ingredients (Extract3 gal)

  • 6 lbs Dry Amber Extract

    Dry Amber Extract

    Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

  • .3 lbs Invert Sugar

    Invert Sugar

    Increases alcohol. Use in some Belgian or English ales. Made from sucrose & is 5-10% less fermentable than sucrose. Does not contain dextrins.

  • 1 oz Warrior® - 16.1 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Warrior®

    New hop with much potential. Very stable.

  • .5 oz Cascade - 3.2 AA% whole; boiled 7 min

    Cascade

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • .5 oz Cascade - 3.2 AA% whole; boiled 20 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • Lallemand 3767 Nottingham

    Lallemand 3767 Nottingham

    Low concentrations of fruity and estery aromas. Neutral for Ale yeast, allowing for malty profile.

the next day my burper was freaking out!! huge abv! had to switch to a tube and bowl before it burst!! i can not wait to savor this knockout IPA!!!
