  • 10 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • .5 lbs German Light Munich

    German Light Munich

    For a desired malty, nutty flavor. Lagers, Oktoberfests and bock beer.

  • 1.0 lbs Belgian Special B

    Belgian Special B

  • .5 lbs Crystal Malt 120°L

    Crystal Malt 120°L

    Pronounced caramel flavor and a red color. For stouts, porters and black beers.

  • .5 oz Brewers Gold - 9.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Brewers Gold

    Sibling of and similar to Bullion only maturing earlier and more disease resistant. English/wild Canadian cross. Pungent English character. very poor

  • 1.0 oz Lublin - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Mild. 'Noble'.

I have brewed this beer several times. My guests and members of our brewers' guild love it. When you pour a glass, the Cascade jumps out at you.
