Outstanding Recipe

This was designed to be a Pre-Prohibition style pilsner beer. It doesn't fit any of the BJCP guidelines, but so what. It's an outstanding Pils. Took this one to our Brewers Guild Holiday Party and they wiped out a 5 gallon keg.
