  • 1 lbs American Victory

    American Victory

    Provides a deep golden to brown color. Use in nut brown ales, IPAs and Scottish ales.

  • 9.9 lbs Liquid Light Extract

    Liquid Light Extract

    A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1 lbs Rice Syrup

    Rice Syrup

    Rice syrup has no flavor impact in beer. Rich in fermentable sugar, light in color and body with crisp, dry taste.

  • 2.00 oz Perle - 8.2 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Perle

    Used mainly for its minty bittering and good green hop aromas in all non-pilsener lagersand wheats. Aroma is pleasant and slightly spicy

  • 1.00 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

    Mild to strong. 'Noble'.

  • 1.00 oz Saaz - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 5 min
