  • 7 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • .5 lbs Weyermann CaraMunich® I; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraMunich® I; Weyermann

    Provides body. For Oktoberfest, bock, porter, stout, red, amber and brown ales.

  • .25 lbs Weyermann CaraAroma®; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraAroma®; Weyermann

    Amber Ale, Dunkel Lager, Dark Ale, Stout, Porter, Bock Beer

  • 1.8 oz Challenger - 7.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Challenger

    Popular bittering hop used primarily in British ales and lagers. Mild to moderate aroma, but quite spicy.

  • 1.6 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Cascade

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 1.6 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min
