Saints Strong Ale

Old Ale • Extract • 5 gal

4Bruski

I pulled this together as a gift for a friend recovering from cancer. I'm pretty happy as a first attempt at an old ale but would like to further experiment and get some more plum and earthly tones out of it

The longer this beer ages, the more I enjoy it. Nice dark color with solid malt and hop profile.
