  • 1 lbs Honey Malt

    Honey Malt

    Nutty honey flavor. For brown ales, Belgian wheats, bocks and many other styles.

  • 1 lbs Crystal Malt 20°L

    Crystal Malt 20°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 3.15 lbs Liquid Amber Extract

    Liquid Amber Extract

    Amber is used predominantly in the production of medium-colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters.

  • 3.5 lbs Light; John Bull

    Light; John Bull

    Made from Lager malt, it will add body and character to any light brew. Light malt extract will impart rich flavor compounds, ensure an excellent fermentation, and improve the clarity.

  • .5 oz Warrior® - 18.0 AA% pellets; boiled 40 min

    Warrior®

    New hop with much potential. Very stable.

  • .5 oz Amarillo® - 8.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Amarillo®

    Grown in Washington. A newer multi-use hop with a nice citrus-flower bouquet and medium-high acid content suited for bittering. Used in American Ales and IPAs.

  • 0.5 oz Columbus - 11.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Columbus

    Used mainly for bittering with some flavor qualities as well. Aroma is pleasant.

  • 0.5 oz Amarillo® - 8.5 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min
