  • 5.11 lbs German Wheat Malt Dark

    German Wheat Malt Dark

    Dark malted wheat base for use in dark wheat styles such as Dunkleweizen.

  • 7.68 lbs American 6-row Pale

    American 6-row Pale

    Tends to increase lautering efficiency due to a stiffer husk. May be used as the base malt for any beer style. The enzymes in all varieties of the current crop are sufficient to support high percentages of specialty malts and adjuncts.

  • 1.31 lbs British Dark Crystal

    British Dark Crystal

    Sweet caramel flavor, mouthfeel. For porters, stouts, old ales and any dark ale.

  • 0.14 lbs English Black Roast

    English Black Roast

    Adds a heavy roast flavor and dark color.

  • 0.20 lbs Candi Sugar Dark

    Candi Sugar Dark

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.
