  • 0.08 lbs Rye Malt

  • 5.95 lbs Liquid Amber Extract

    Liquid Amber Extract

    Amber is used predominantly in the production of medium-colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters.

  • 1.36 lbs Honey

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 1.8 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Fuggle

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

  • 0.50 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Cascade

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 0.50 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

This is by far my favorite that I've brewed so far and has garnered many compliments not just from family who feel obligated to say they like it but from friends who'd go out of their way to deny it was any good if they could find a plausible excuse to do so.
