  • 1/16 lbs Crystal Malt 120°L

    Pronounced caramel flavor and a red color. For stouts, porters and black beers.

  • 2 13/16 lbs Dry Extra Light Extract

    Dry Extra Light Extract

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • 2 13/16 lbs Premier Gold Liquid

    Premier Gold Liquid

    A light- to medium-bodied lager or ale of yellow to gold color.

  • 1/2 lbs Light Brown Sugar

    Light Brown Sugar

    Imparts rich, sweet flavor. Use in Scottish ales, old ales and holiday beers.

  • 7/8 oz Challenger - 8.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Challenger

    Popular bittering hop used primarily in British ales and lagers. Mild to moderate aroma, but quite spicy.

  • 1 1/4 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Mild, slightly flowery.
