Discussion
bottled 12/7

Only bottled with a little over an ounce of DME to give the beer a light carbonation per the style. 3 weeks in and there is little to no carbonation. Moved to warmer room and gave the bottles a shake to suspend the yeast. Will check again in a week or so. The taste is great however. A little sweet with a citrusy bite. The hops are muted, which is a bit disappointing.
