Ingredients (Extract5 gal)

  • 5/8 lbs Crystal Malt 20°L

    Crystal Malt 20°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 3.52 lbs Light; John Bull

    Light; John Bull

    Made from Lager malt, it will add body and character to any light brew. Light malt extract will impart rich flavor compounds, ensure an excellent fermentation, and improve the clarity.

  • 3.3 lbs Premier Gold Liquid

    Premier Gold Liquid

    A light- to medium-bodied lager or ale of yellow to gold color.

  • 1 oz Saaz - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • 1 oz Cascade - 6.9 AA% whole; boiled 30 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 1 oz Cascade - 6.4 AA% whole; boiled 1 min
