  • 1.60 kg Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 4.78 kg English 2-row Pils

    English 2-row Pils

    Pilsner base malt.

  • 0.34 kg Dextrine Malt

    Dextrine Malt

    In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

  • 0.07 kg Midwest Wheat Malt

    Midwest Wheat Malt

    Light flavor and creamy head. For American weizenbier, weissbier and dunkelweiss.

  • 0.10 kg Candi Sugar Clear

    Candi Sugar Clear

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

  • 20 g Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • 14 g Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Fuggle

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

  • 14 g Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

    Wyeast 1388 Belgian Strong Ale™

    Robust flavor yeast with moderate to high alcohol tolerance. Fruity nose and palate, dry, tart finish.
