  • 4.00 lbs Pale Liquid; Alexanders

  • 1.00 lbs Dry Extra Light Extract

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • 1.00 lbs Rice Syrup

    Rice Syrup

Try a different yeast next time. Not a big fan of the East Coast Ale. Second time I've used it, and not exactly what I wanted.
