    Sweet, toasted flavor and aroma. For Oktoberfests and malty styles

  • 4 lbs Weyermann CaraRed®; Weyermann

    Red Ale, Red Lager, Scottish Ale, Amber Wheat, Bock Beer, Brown Ale, Alt Beer

  • 2 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 45 min

    Cascade

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 2 oz Spalt Spalter - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Spalt Spalter

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • Wyeast 2633 Octoberfest Lager Blend™
