Ingredients (All Grain5 gal)

  • 6.79 lbs American 6-row Pale

    American 6-row Pale

    Tends to increase lautering efficiency due to a stiffer husk. May be used as the base malt for any beer style. The enzymes in all varieties of the current crop are sufficient to support high percentages of specialty malts and adjuncts.

  • 1.13 lbs American Chocolate Malt

    American Chocolate Malt

    Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

  • 0.20 lbs Honey Malt

    Honey Malt

    Nutty honey flavor. For brown ales, Belgian wheats, bocks and many other styles.

  • 1.56 lbs American Caramel 120°L

    American Caramel 120°L

    Provides color, a unique flavor, body, and contribures to foam retention and beer stability. Gives a pronounced to sharp caramel flavor and a deep red color.

  • 0.67 lbs Molasses

brewed wonderfully, hops were just right, buddies drank it all( I got only 1 bottle of it)
