Terrific, very drinkable amber ale. Flowery accents, carmelized grain taste, colorful but not acidic or potent hops on the high end. perfect.

    Used predominantly in the production of medium-colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters.

  • 1 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 10 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 1 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 5 min

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 1 lb Orange Blossom Honey - (omitted from calculations)

    From Northern California. This strain is more fruity than WLP001, and slightly more flocculant. Attenuation is lower, resulting in a fuller bodied beer than with WLP001.
