Good only if aged

This beer is terrible within the first six months of aging. Best if it sits for about a year. After that the flavors merry, and this turns into one of the best Stouts I have ever tasted...
A whole year?

Really? a whole year? I was under the impression that beer was best before 6 months. At 4.8% I'd have the whole lot drank in a nite. Imma add this to me favs then add some DME to up the ABV and se what come to be!! Hahaha! Later.
