Very Satisfying

This beer is satisfying to me on many fronts. The ingredient list was very simple, brewing was simple and the results are great. After bottle conditioning for 9 days the results are in . . . its a bit on the hoppy side, but that is just what I was after. Not as hoppy as an IPA but you get a hint of IPA-ness. Next time I'll brew it a bit lighter, perhaps going with 7lbs of light extract and skipping the 2lbs of amber extract.
