Made 13MAY05. Hope to test it by 04JUN05 All grain version, with more malt, of first version. 3/4 oz (4.5AA) US Hallertau and 5/8 oz (5.4AA)Cascades were actually the true Flavor Hops. See Ingredient list and make the necessary changes

  • 16 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • .25 lbs Crystal Malt 120°L

    Crystal Malt 120°L

    Pronounced caramel flavor and a red color. For stouts, porters and black beers.

  • .5 lbs Malto Dextrin

    Malto Dextrin

    Adds body and mouthfeel. For all extract beers. Does not ferment.

  • .625 oz Chinook - 10.4 AA% pellets; boiled 64 min

    Chinook

    Spicy, Medium to Heavy.Very strong bittering ability used in all American ales and lagers. Aroma is very floral.

  • 1 oz Cascade - 5.3 AA% pellets; boiled 16 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • .625 oz Willamette - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 2 min

    Willamette

    This hop is used for finishing and dry hopping American and British style ales. Aroma is mild and pleasant ans slightly spicy

    Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale™

    Slight residual diacetyl and fruitiness; great for stouts. Clean, smooth, soft and full-bodied.
