  • 1.5 lbs Crystal Malt 20°L

    Crystal Malt 20°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 9 lbs Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Reportedly lightest colored malt extract available.

  • 2 oz Nugget - 13.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Nugget

    This is very bitter and often used in medium to dark ales and lagers. Aroma is quite heavy and herbal.

  • 2 oz Columbus - 15.5 AA% pellets; boiled 5 min

    Columbus

    Used mainly for bittering with some flavor qualities as well. Aroma is pleasant.
