Crisp, clean Pale Ale

This English Pale Ale has the merest hint of nuttiness that makes it a little out of the ordinary for a traditional pale ale. I might consider adding some additional bitterness with some dry hopping, but, all and all, this beer goes down smoothly. One of my favorite recipes!
