    Provides body. For Oktoberfest, bock, porter, stout, red, amber and brown ales.

  • 6.92 lbs Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Reportedly lightest colored malt extract available.

  • 0.7 oz Nugget - 13.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    This is very bitter and often used in medium to dark ales and lagers. Aroma is quite heavy and herbal.
