White Labs WLP001 California Ale
White Labs WLP001 California Ale
This yeast is famous for its clean flavors, balance and ability to be used in almost any style ale. It accentuates the hop flavors and is extremely versatile.
Notes
There are no hops added to this recipe because the bitterness will come from the herbs, mainly the yarrow. Hopefully it will come out iwth a bitterness about equal to 25 IBU's. The herbs should add an "extra" stimulating effect to the beer
