Test batch. Never used the Burton Ale yeast before. It is supposed to be very good for authentic English ales. Hoping for big malt flavor and nice hop nose.

  • 0.59 lbs American Caramel 40°L

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 1.69 oz Challenger - 7.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
