Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

Used mainly for bittering with some flavor qualities as well. Aroma is pleasant.

This yeast is a little more attenuative than WLP002. Like most English strains, this yeast produces malty beers. Excellent for all English style ales including bitter, pale ale, porter, and brown ale.
Notes
Brewed on November 1st. OG = 1.057. Bottled on November 16th. FG = 1.024. %ABV = 4.323. Tastes great pre-carb. Good hoppy true IPA.
