  • 0.75 lbs English Brown Malt

Tried one this weekend, still has "yeast" taste to it, but is looking verry nice and should be pretty smooth in a couple more months. Fairly sweet, may cut back on the brown sugar next time, but this could be because it's not totally conditioned yet.
