Birthday Amber
American Amber Ale • All Grain • 5 gal
Not for hopheads! Very low on the IBU scale. Shooting for a nice brew to convert some Yellow Fizzy Beer diehards over to the 'dark-side'!

Definitely low bitterness but really nice malty flavor. Don't think my yellow fizzy friends will go for it but 1 or 2 of the guys who've tried more than a couple of my mild brews will really enjoy this.
Many compliments from co-workers on this one.

Brought in a gallon Friday. Lots of good feedback from everyone. I still think it needs a bit more IBU, not too much, maybe 7 more...
