  • 0.85 lbs British Crystal 55°L

    British Crystal 55°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, adds mouthfeel and head retention. For pale or amber ales.

  • 6.5 lbs Dry Extra Light Extract

    Dry Extra Light Extract

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • 1.8 oz Northern Brewer - 8.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Northern Brewer

    Used for bittering with strong flavors and very fragrant in steam beers, dark English ales, and German lagers. Aroma is medium-strong with evergreen and mint overtones.

  • 0.50 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 0.50 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Mild, slightly flowery.

Uncapped first bottle

Just uncapped the first bottle and she's a beaut. Nice hoppy taste with excellent mouthfeel. Just like us llamas love it.
