Notes
This beer will kick your a**. Very strong, robust, hoppy is not a strong enough word for 88 ibu!!!! very VERY strong tasting beer. very good tasting beer. this beer is good for the discerning viking that likes beers such as skullsplitter but also is a hop head. This one drops in w/ 88 IBU !!!! the strange english/german hop mixture gives this one character. have fun, remember to convert it to the proper batch size, as these numbers are for 2.25 gallon. Make sure you let this age for atleast two weeks in the bottle (or secondary if you use one),, it does need to mellow a bit.
