So far so good...

This is my first all grain attempt and everthing went well. My OG was 1.054 and my gravity going into the secondary was 1.012. Because I am a hop head I dry hopped 1 oz of Cascade pellets. In 7-10 days I'll bottle. It smells and tastes great. I'll update after I try the first bottle.

Bottled yesterday and smells wonderful. And the taste is great. I would recommend this brew to anyone.
