Major IPA

Major IPA

English IPA • Extract • 1 gal

This brew is not a TRUE IPA but it is big and full. I like to dry-hop in the secondary and give it a few extra weeks in the bottle for the flavors to meld properly. Note the small batch size when calculating ingredients!!
