  • .5 lbs Crystal Malt 60°L

    Crystal Malt 60°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

  • 5 lbs Dry Amber; Muntons

    Dry Amber; Muntons

    Used predominantly in the production of medium-colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters.

  • 1 1/4 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Fuggle

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

  • 5/8 oz Willamette - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Willamette

    This hop is used for finishing and dry hopping American and British style ales. Aroma is mild and pleasant ans slightly spicy

  • 5/8 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Wyeast 3766 Cider

    Crisp dry fermenting yeast with big, fruity finish. Creates a nice balance for all types of apples, pears and other fruit or fermentables. Allows fruit character to dominate the profile.
