Bobo's Bitter

Bobo's Bitter

Standard/Ordinary Bitter • All Grain • 10 gal

Tim Birtwhistle

This beer is great for summer parties, and it is popular with those who do not like big, aggressive beers. Bobo is my son's favorite stuffed animal, and the beer was first served at the boy's 2nd birthday party. The recipe is similar to an ESB, but the alcohol content and IBUs are less.
