Life Begins at the Hop American IPA

Life Begins at the Hop American IPA

English IPA • All Grain • 6.5 gal

Jim Masterson,This is an over-the-top high-grav/high-hop variation on my basic American pale ale theme. I usually use perle hops in the boil or else go all cascades, but want to try a big guns alpha variety to get a powerful but clean hop bitterness dominating the overall flavor. 4 days and counting until brew day!
