American Pale Ale • Extract • 5 gal
Very fascinated with Absinthe/wormwood. Here's my attempt at a pale with wormwood as adjunct.

2 ounces wormwood!

I use between 1/2 to 3/4 an ounce of wormwood boiled with the wort for an hour without any hops and find it very sufficient for bittering. How did 2 ounces turn out? Even 3/4 an ounce of wormwood I would only use for a high gravity beer.
