2nd batch underway today!!

I am about to transfer the first batch and get the second going!!
Into bottles...

O.G. 1.06 on both batches F.G. 1.015 overall, I blended both batches... Didn't have an airlock for the second batch, it did end up with just the tiniest bit of lactic sour, so I blended the 2 batches together... The whole idea in doing weekly batches is to have a constant supply, 3 gallons is about all i can do on the stovetop, each batch is about $20 to brew plus utilities... I've packed the batch into quart size bottles, 17 altogether, plan to have 1 a night and keep brewing... the recipe is based upon simplicity and ease of brewing, no huge bill of special malts and minimal hops, i will attempt to reuse the yeasts as much as possible from batch to batch... this is a solid session strength brown ale, very enjoyable!!
